All of our pieces are designed and hand-fabricated in our studio located in New York City, ensuring the highest quality craftsmanship.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. For custom or made-to-order bridal pieces, please allow up to 2 weeks for production before shipping.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items and custom orders are final sale.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and preferred carrier.
What materials do you use in your designs?
We use premium materials including Swarovski crystals, freshwater pearls, semi-precious stones, and high-quality gold or silver plating.
