Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the hair accessory in its original LELET NY branded packaging and dust bag to ensure it is protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.
Drop Off and Refund
Deliver your package to the designated carrier; once we inspect the item for its original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
